Our support packages
Overseas families pay a yearly fee for their students to be matched with a local family in the area who will act as a guardian, whereby they are ready to step in should the student be taken ill or need any help or support in any other aspect of their life. Since at 18+ most young people tend to be very independent, we offer a yearly fee to provide a match family and no other fees. You only pay if your son/daughter needs support. Then you pay per phone call or visit. If, however, you would prefer more support, then we can provide this to.
Independent student package
We match a local family with your student. You will receive details on your match family within two weeks of enrolling with our service and on arrival at University, will have an opportunity to meet with the family.
If at any point your student needs any help or support with any aspect of their life, they can phone the family and you will then be charged on a per call/meeting basis.
Cost: Small yearly fee (additional one off fees for phone calls, café meet-ups and family meals)

Semi-adopted English family package
We match a local family with your student. You will receive details on your match family within two weeks of enrolling with our service and on arrival at University, will have an opportunity to meet with the family. You will also receive monthly contact from your semi-adopted family. This could be in the form of a monthly phone call, monthly café meet-up or a monthly family meal.
Cost: Yearly fee + cost of chosen monthly contact (ie. phone calls, café meet-ups or family meal)

Adopted English family package
We can organise an adoption of an English family whereby students can go home to this family whenever they choose just as if they were a member of their family. The family will take them out and include them in their family life while they are in their home, up to a maximum of the whole University holiday. This family will also visit them once a term at University and phone them regularly to catch up and make sure they are happy.
The adopted family would ideally adopt up to 3 students. This would give the Chinese students a sibling relationship when they are at home with their adopted family.
This package can also be purchased for part of the University holidays if preferred.
